2型糖尿病患者血清肿瘤标志物CEA、CA199水平与血糖、糖化血红蛋白的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:研究2型糖尿病患者血清肿瘤标志物CEA、CA199水平与血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平的相关性。方法:选取2017年9月-2020年8月2型糖尿病患者74例,作为观察组;选取同期接受体检的健康者33例,作为对照组。检测两组研究对象的CEA和CA199等血清肿瘤标志物水平及血糖、糖化血红蛋白指标水平,并进行对比,探析其相关性。结果:2型糖尿病患者血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均高于健康体检者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2型糖尿病患者CEA和CA199含量也均高于健康体检者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CEA、CA199含量与患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白指标水平呈正相关关系;在接受治疗后各项指标水平均有所下降,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者CEA、CA199等血清肿瘤标志物水平及血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均与健康人有较大差异,且与患者病情呈正相关,因此针对性的降糖治疗非常重要。Objective:To explore the correlation of serum tumor markers CEA and CA199 levels with blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Methods 74 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in August September 2017-2020 were selected as the observation group.From September 2017 to August 2020,74 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the observation group.33 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.We measured the levels of serum tumor markers such as CEA and CA199,blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups,and made a comparison to explore its correlation.Results:The level of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with type 2 diabetes were higher than those in healthy subjects.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CEA and CA199 in type 2 diabetic patients were also higher than those in healthy subjects.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The contents of CEA and CA199 were positively correlated with the levels of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin.After treatment,the levels of various indexes decreased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum tumor markers such as CEA and CA199 and blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with type 2 diabetes are significantly different from those in healthy people,and it is positively correlated with the patient's condition,so targeted hypoglycemic treatment is very important.
