摘　　要：目的:分析无痛消化内镜下高频电刀手术治疗胃肠息肉的疗效及对胃肠道功能的影响。方法:2020年1-10月收治胃肠息肉患者160例,按治疗方式不同分为两组,各80例。观察组接受无痛消化内镜下高频电刀手术治疗;对照组接受常规内镜下高频电刀手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组排便时间、术后肠鸣音恢复时间、手术时间及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后胃泌素(GAS)、血清胃动素(MOT)水平均高于对照组,血管活性肠钛(VIP)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用无痛消化内镜下高频电刀手术治疗胃肠息肉,可促进患者术后胃肠功能恢复,对激素指标的干扰性较小,疗效明显。Objective:To explore the effect of high frequency electrotome under painless digestive endoscopy in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps and its effect on gastrointestinal function.Methods:160 patients with gastrointestinal polyps were treated from January to October 2020.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods with 80 cases in each group.The observation group received painless endoscopic high-frequency electric knife operation.The control group received routine endoscopic high-frequency electrosurgical treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The defecation time,postoperative bowel sound recovery time,operation time and complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after operation,the levels of gastrin(GAS)and serum motilin(MOT)were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of vasoactive intestinal titanium(VIP)were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of gastrointestinal polyps by high-frequency electrotome under painless digestive endoscopy can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,with less interference to hormone indexes and obvious curative effect.
