肺功能测定与ESS嗜睡量表对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征预测价值的探讨

摘　　要：目的:了解阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者肺功能特点,探讨肺功能测定与中文简体版ESS嗜睡量表对OSAHS的预测价值。方法:随机选择明确诊断无慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)及哮喘的OSAHS患者,作为观察组;选择无OSAHS及相关疾病者,作为对照组。测定肺功能,并进行评价;同时进行中文简体ESS嗜睡量表问卷评估。结果:观察患者肺功能容量-容积曲线图形变化与鼾声大小及AHI指数大小有关,ESS嗜睡量表评分亦与AHI指数有显著的相关性。结论:肺功能流速-容量图形出现锯齿波,预示患者有可能患有中度以上的睡眠呼吸暂停综合征。简体中文版ESS嗜睡量表可增加预测的准确性。Objective:To understand the characteristics of pulmonary function in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS),and to explore the predictive value of pulmonary function measurement and the simplified Chinese version of the ESS sleepiness scale for OSAHS.Methods:OSAHS patients without COPD and asthma were randomly selected as the observation group.Patients without OSAHS and related diseases were selected as the control group.Pulmonary function was measured and evaluated.At the same time,the Chinese simplified ESS sleepiness scale questionnaire was evaluated.Results:It was observed that the graph change of the patient's lung function capacity-volume curve was related to the size of snoring and AHI index.The score of the ESS sleepiness scale was also significantly correlated with the AHI index.Conclusion:The pulmonary function flow rate-volume graph has sawtooth waves,which indicates that the patients may have moderate or more sleep apnea syndrome.Simplified Chinese version of ESS sleepiness scale can increase the accuracy of prediction.
