关节镜下治疗膝关节盘状半月板损伤的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察关节镜下手术治疗膝关节盘状半月板损伤的效果。方法:2019年10月-2021年5月收治膝关节盘状半月板损伤患者,根据手术方式不同分为两组,各32例。对照组采用关节镜下半月板切除术治疗;观察组采用关节镜下半月板成形缝合术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后30 d HSS及BBS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节盘状半月板损伤患者接受关节镜下半月板成形缝合术治疗,有利于提升患者生活质量,改善患者膝关节功能,提升治疗有效率。Objective:To explore the effect of arthroscopic treatment of discoid meniscus injury of knee joint.Methods:From October 2019 to May 2021,patients with discoid meniscus injury of knee joint were selected and divided into two groups with 32 cases in each group according to different surgical methods.The control group was treated with meniscectomy under arthroscopy.The observation group was treated with meniscus plasty and suture under arthroscopy.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of HSS and BBS 30 days after operation were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with discoid meniscus injury of knee joint receive meniscal plasty and suture under arthroscopy,which is conducive to improve the quality of life,improve the knee function and improve the treatment efficiency.
