当归四逆汤加减口服和冻疮合剂外用治疗冻疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察当归四逆汤加减口服和冻疮合剂外用治疗冻疮的疗效。方法:2016年1月-2018年12月收治冻疮患者116例,均应用当归四逆汤加减口服和冻疮合剂外用治疗。结果:治愈90例,好转11例,未愈5例,总有效率为87.07%。结论:当归四逆汤加减口服和冻疮合剂外用治疗冻疮的效果显著。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Danggui Sini Decoction and chilblain mixture in the treatment of chilblain.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2018,116 patients with chilblain were treated with oral Danggui Sini Decoction and chilblain mixture for topical therapy.Results:90 cases were cured,11 cases were improved,5 cases were not cured,the total effective rate was 87.07%.Conclusion:Danggui Sini Decoction and chilblain mixture is effective in treating chilblain.
