护理干预对产力异常分娩产妇的护理效果研究

摘　　要：目的:分析对产力异常分娩产妇实施护理干预的临床效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年5月出现产力异常的产妇40例,按照护理方式不同分为两组,各20例。对照组采用常规护理;研究组在常规护理基础上实施整体护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组第一、二、三产程时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组助产率及剖宫产率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对产力异常分娩产妇实施整体护理干预,可以缩短产程时间,降低剖宫产率,且可以提高产妇的满意度。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention on parturient with abnormal labor force.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,40 parturient women with abnormal labor were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods with 20 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing.The study group carried out holistic nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The time of the first,second and third stages of labor in the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The midwifery rate and cesarean section rate in the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The holistic nursing intervention on parturient with abnormal labor force can shorten the time of labor,reduce the rate of cesarean section,and improve the satisfaction of parturient.
