摘　　要：更换高效节能电机对于节能环保,具有积极的现实意义。某公司承揽一级泵站高效节能电机更换工程。因一级泵站的特殊地理位置,泵船距汉江岸边有26m间距,唯一进出通道铁桥位置狭窄,无法直接将电机运输到泵船内部,故考虑在泵船下游500m处的原加油站场地进行二次水上转运。为克服电机吊装、水上转运等作业过程中的施工风险,工程服务中心采取了一系列的施工部署、转运程序与安全施工措施,确保电机转运顺利完成,经验与做法值得同行借鉴。Replacing a high-efficiency energy-saving motor has positive practical significance for energy conservation and environmental protection.Some company contracted the high-efficiency and energy saving motor replacement project of the first-stage pump station.Due to the special geographical location of the first-stage pump station,the pump ship is 26m away from the bank of the Han River,and the iron bridge,the only access way,is narrow,so the motor can not be directly transported to the pump ship.Therefore,it was considered to carry out the secondary transshipment on water at the original gas station site 500m downstream of the pump ship.In order to address the operation risks in the process of motor lifting and transshipment,the engineering service center adopted a series of operation arrangement,transshipment procedures and safety operation measures to ensure the smooth completion of motor transshipment.The experience and practices are worth reference of peers.
