摘 要:阿嘎土是西藏地区特有的建筑材料,主要成分是碳酸钙、二氧化硅和适量粘土的硅质石灰石。阿嘎土材料强度较低,防水性能差,内部粘性材料容易被雨水冲刷,在日晒、雨淋、风蚀、冻融气候条件下变得粗糙开裂,造成土建文物的破坏。针对这些问题,研究选取十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷(WD-10)和含氢硅油(PMHS)两种有机硅材料作为防水涂料,对两种材料改性后阿嘎土样品的微观结构、疏水性、渗透性、色差、耐刮擦性和耐紫外老化性能进行了表征和测试。结果表明,经两种有机硅材料处理的阿嘎土均有很好的疏水效果,有望在实际中获得应用。Aga soil is a unique building material in Tibet.It is composed of calcium carbonate,silica,siliceous limestone and a few of clay.Aga soil has relatively low strength and poor water-proof property.The binding material inside Aga soil is easily lost by rain drop and water impalement,which results in roughening and cracking of Aga oil,and finally causing destruction of cultural relics.In the present work,aiming at this problem,we selected two kinds of organosilicon materials including dodecyltrimethoxysilane(WD-10) and hydrogen silicone oil(PMHS) as the water-proof coatings for Aga soil.The micro structure,hydrophobicity,permeability,wear resistance,color difference as well as accelerated UV aging property of the organosilicon-treated samples were characterized and tested.The results suggest that both organosilicon materials can endow Aga oil with excellent water-proof property,have good prospects in real application.
