摘  要:采用不同种类助交联剂顺丁橡胶(BR)、高乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶(HVBR)和三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC),以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)引发交联四丙氟橡胶(FEPM),制备三种不同交联结构的橡胶,研究了这三种硫化胶在柴油、10%盐酸溶液、10%NaOH溶液中的老化行为。结果表明,BR硫化的四丙氟橡胶在柴油、盐酸溶液和NaOH水溶液三种介质中耐腐蚀性能最差,HVBR硫化的四丙氟橡胶在柴油和NaOH水溶液中的耐腐蚀性能与TAIC硫化的橡胶性能相差不大,但在盐酸环境中TAIC硫化的四丙氟橡胶耐腐蚀性能最好。Three kinds of rubber with different crosslinking agents,including butadiene rubber(BR),high vinyl polybutadiene rubber(HVBR) and triallyl isocyanurate(TAIC) were prepared by crosslinking tetrafluoroethylene-propylene rubber(FEPM)triggered by dicumyl peroxide(DCP).The aging behavior of these three kinds of vulcanizates in diesel oil,10% hydrochloric acid solution and 10% NaOH solution was studied.Results showed that the corrosion resistance of FEPM vulcanized by BR was the worst in diesel oil,hydrochloric acid solution and NaOH solution.The corrosion resistance of FEPM vulcanized by HVBR in diesel oil and NaOH solution was similar to that of TAIC vulcanized rubber.However,the corrosion resistance of FEPM vulcanized by TAIC in hydrochloric acid environment was the best.
