摘 要:为促成环氧沥青混合料的快速投用、长期耐用,以初始固化反应速度、级配结构为基点,在40%、50%、60%环氧树脂体系掺量下制备满足初始铺摊、碾压时间要求,且可达到后期快速固化反应速度的环氧沥青混合料;而后,基于贝雷法级配在80%、85%、90%、95%、100%、105%的设计密度下,测定不停航施工要求下环氧沥青混合集料的路用性能。结果表明,从各项指标来看,95%、100%、105%设计密度的松排骨架构环氧沥青混合料初期快速投用性更优,而80%、85%、90%设计密度的悬浮密实结构环氧沥青混合料长期路用性能更优。总体来看,环氧沥青混合料性能可达到不停航施工要求下机场道面应用需求,具有推广应用的价值。In order to promote the rapid application and long-term durability of epoxy asphalt mixture,based on the initial curing reaction speed and grading structure,the epoxy asphalt mixtures with 40%,50% and 60% of the epoxy resin system were prepared to meet the time requirements of initial paving and rolling,and also achieve the rapid curing reaction speed in the later stage.Then,based on the Bailey method,Based on Bailey grading method,the road performance of epoxy asphalt mixture aggregate under the construction requirements of non-stop navigation was measured under the design density of 80%,85%,90%,95%,100% and 105%.The results show that,in terms of various indexes,95%,100% and 105% design density of loose framework epoxy asphalt mixture has better early quick commissioning performance,while 80%,85% and 90% design density of suspension dense structure epoxy asphalt mixture has better long-term road performance.In general,the performance of epoxy asphalt mixture can meet the application requirements of airport pavement under the construction requirements of non-stop flight,which has the value of popularization and application.
