摘 要:在碱性条件下,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,以钒尾矿为硅源,采用水热合成法制备出MCM-41分子筛。通过物理浸渍法对MCM-41分子筛进行表面酰腙功能化,制备出2-羰基丙酸-2-吡啶酰腙(H_(2)L)功能化MCM-41孔分子筛(H_(2)L/MCM-41)。研究H_(2)L/MCM-41对尾矿废水中镍离子的吸附性能,考察了吸附时间、初始浓度、吸附剂用量、温度等因素对其吸附性能的影响。结果表明,H_(2)L/MCM-41在吸附时间为80min,浓度70mg/L,温度60℃,吸附剂用量为0.04g的条件下吸附性能最佳。同时对H_(2)L/MCM-41的吸附过程进行了吸附热力学分析,发现H_(2)L/MCM-41对镍离子的吸附更符合Langmuir吸附模型,化学吸附占主导地位。MCM-41 molecular sieves were synthesized by hydrothermal method with vanadium tailings as silicon source and cetyltrimethyl bromide(CTAB) as template under alkaline conditions.2-carbonylpropionic acid-2-pyridyl hydrazone(H_(2)L)functionalized MCM-41(H_(2)L/MCM-41) molecular sieves were prepared by physical impregnation method.The absorption properties of H_(2)L/MCM-4 1 towards nickel ions were studied.The effects of adsorption time,initial concentration,adsorbent dosage and temperature on the adsorption performance of H_(2)L/MCM-41 were investigated.The results showed that the optimum conditions were:adsorption time of 80 min,the concentration of 70 mg/L,temperature of 60℃,adsorbent dosage of 0.04 g.Thermodynamic analysis of H_(2)L/MCM-41 adsorption process showed that the adsorption of nickel ion by H_(2)L/MCM-41 was more in line with Langmuir adsorption model,and chemical adsorption was dominant.
