摘  要:重金属污染是目前常见的水质污染,严重威胁水生生物和人类的生命安全与健康。因此,准确、及时检测水质中的重金属含量能够有效为避免和治理水质重金属污染提供参考和依据。研究采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定了水样中5种重金属元素含量,并绘制了标准曲线,回归方程的相关系数均大于0.999,精密度和检出限符合分析要求,通过实验证明ICP-MS法具备重金属检测的功能,检出限低、准确度和精密度高。该文基于ICP-MS对水质重金属检测的研究为水质污染突发环境事件提供了重要的技术手段,具有重要的现实意义。Heavy metal pollution is a common water pollution,which seriously threatens the safety and health of aquatic organisms and human beings.Therefore,accurate and timely detection of heavy metal content in water can effectively provide reference and basis for the prevention and treatment of heavy metal pollution.In the article,ICP-MS was used to determine the content of five heavy metals in water samples,and the standard curve was drawn.The correlation coefficients of regression equation were all greater than 0.999,and the precision and detection limit met the analysis requirements.The experiment proved that ICP-MS has the function of heavy metal detection,with low detection limit,high accuracy and precision.The research of metal detection based on ICP-MS provides an important technical means for water pollution emergencies,which has important practical significance.
