摘　　要：纤维可分为有机纤维和无机纤维两大类。聚丙烯腈纤维是丙烯腈含量大于85%的纤维,我国的产品名称为腈纶。这类纤维酷似羊毛,膨松、柔软、强度高于羊毛,而密度、耐光和耐候性优良,化学稳定性好。首先对聚丙烯腈纤维的制备方法进行综述,然后对干法纺丝与湿法纺丝工序及制作区别做了对比;然后高收缩聚丙烯腈纤维制法,及其生产机理和制备技术进行分析,最后对聚丙烯腈纤维和高收缩聚丙烯腈纤维在体育器材中的应用进行综述。The fiber can be divided into two categories:organic fiber and inorganic fiber.Polyacrylonitrile fiber is acrylonitrile content greater than 85% fiber,our product name is lonylon.These fibers look like wool,puffed loose,soft,and have higher strength than wool,with excellent density,light and weather resistance and good chemical stability.First reviewed the preparation method of polyacrylonitrile fiber,then compared the dry and wet spinning process and high shrinkage polyacrylonitrile fiber,its production mechanism and preparation technology,and finally reviewed the application of polyacrylonitrile and polyacrylonitrile fiber in sports equipment.
