摘 要:目的观察虚拟现实技术(VR)对急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者心率变异性(HRV)及儿茶酚胺水平的影响。方法 ACS患者62例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组31例,均接受ACS规范化药物治疗。治疗组穿戴VR 3D眼镜体验睡眠治疗场景,每天1 h,治疗7 d。比较两组治疗前后HRV指标和外周血儿茶酚胺水平变化。结果治疗前两组HRV指标和外周血儿茶酚胺及其代谢物水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗7 d后,两组窦性RR间期标准差(SDNN)、RR间期平均值标准差(SDANN)、RR间期标准差的平均值(SDNNindex)、相邻RR间期差值的均方根(rMMSD)和高频功率频段(HF)水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05),低频功率频段(LF)、LF/HF低于治疗前(P<0.05),外周血儿茶酚胺及其代谢物水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,治疗组SDNN、SDANN、SDNNindex、rMMSD和HF高于对照组(P<0.05),LF和LF/HF低于对照组(P<0.05),外周血儿茶酚胺及其代谢物水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在ACS规范化药物治疗的基础上,患者穿戴VR 3D眼镜体验睡眠治疗场景能够改善HRV,降低外周血儿茶酚胺水平,可作为ACS的辅助治疗方法。Objective To observe the effects of virtual reality(VR) on heart rate variability(HRV) and catecholamine level in the patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods A total of 62 patients with ACS were randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases each.The patients of two groups were received.The patients of group B were treated with standardized medication for ACS alone and those of group A wore treated additionally with VR 3D glasses to experience the sleep therapy scene, once a day for 7 days.The HRV indicators were recorded and the levels of catecholamine and its metabolites in peripheral blood were detected before and after treatment.ResultsThe HRV indicators and peripheral catecholamine and metabolite levels were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared to before, the standard deviation of sinus RR interval(SDNN),standard deviation of RR interval mean(SDANN),mean of RR interval standard deviation(SDNNindex),root mean square of the difference between adjacent RR intervals(rMMSD) and high-frequency power band(HF) were higher, and low-frequency power band(LF),LF/HF and catecholamine and metabolite levels were lower 7 days after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).The levels of SDNN,SDANN,rMMSD,SDNNindex and HF after treatment were higher and LF,LF/HF and catecholamine and its metabolites levels were lower in group A than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of standardized medication for ACS,wearing VR 3 D glasses to experience sleep therapy scene can improve HRV and reduce peripheral catecholamine levels in the patients with ACS,which could be used as an auxiliary therapy for ACS.
