超声中药离子导入法在肺系疾病中的应用

摘　　要：中医外治法对于防治肺系疾病有着重要作用,将超声离子导入法与传统中药、针灸相结合形成超声中药离子导入法可运用于肺系疾病的治疗。超声中药离子导入法使药物按经络由外向内、由表及里达于病所,具有内外兼治的优势。认为肺系疾病的治疗取穴应首先考虑手太阴肺经循经所过、背俞穴所在、任脉循经所过三个方面。提出"外法药"与"内法药"两类药物相结合的基本原则,初步建立了肺系病痰热壅肺证、湿热内蕴证、水瘀互结证超声药物透入取穴用药方案,以期为超声中药离子导入治疗肺系疾病提供思路。As external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is an important therapy for managing pulmonary diseases,sonophoresis is introduced in combination with Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture,developing the sonophoresis therapy of Chinese herbal medicine(CHM).This therapy has the advantages of treating both the internal and the external when the CHM is introduced by sonophoresis into the target of the disease from the external to the internal and from the exterior to the interior.It is believed that the treatment of pulmonary diseases should be administered along the the hand taiyin(太阴)alonglung channel,on the back-shu(背俞)point,and along the Ren Vessel(任脉).Therefore,in this paper,the basic principle combining the externally and internally used CHM is put forward,and the sonophoresis protocol differentiating the phlegm-heat obstructing the lung pattern,the internal accumulation of damp-heat pattern,and binding of water and stasis pattern was developed,so as to provide references for using sonophoresis of CHM in treatment of pulmonary diseases.
