基于筋膜学理论探讨针刺效应的产生机制

摘　　要：基于筋膜学理论的观点及研究现状,从筋膜解剖的定义与功能、筋膜与人体经络腧穴实质的关系、筋膜与针刺效应的关系、筋膜神经支配与力学传导机制等方面探讨针刺效应产生的相关机制。认为成纤维细胞状态的变化在针刺效应与筋膜的联系中起着关键作用,筋膜与针刺效应如得气、近治作用、远治作用、针刺镇痛、针刺能量学变化方面均有密不可分的联系。从筋膜学理论角度探讨针刺效应的产生机制,为针刺效应机制研究提供理论依据及新思路。Based on the theory of fascia and the current researches,this paper explored the mechanism of the acupuncture effect by discussing on the definition and function of the anatomy of fascia,the relationship between fascia and the essence of channel and collateral acupoints,the relationship between fascia and acupuncture effect,and the nerve innervation and mechanical conduction mechanism of fascia.It is believed that the change of the fibroblasts state is a key to the correlation between acupuncture effect and fascia.Fascia are closely related to the acupuncture effect,such as arrival of qi,adjacent points effect,distal points effect,acupuncture analgesia,and acupuncture energetics.The discussion of the acupuncture effect mechanism from the perspective of fascia theory can provide theoretical basis and new ideas for future studies on the mechanism of acupuncture effect.
