摘　　要：目的形成重症患者血液净化护理实践中国专家共识,为重症血液净化患者的护理提供指导。方法系统查阅文献资料并结合专家临床经验,列出重症患者血液净化过程中的护理问题,设计专家函询表,通过德尔菲专家函询法和专家会议法对各个条目进行修改、完善。结果对重症患者血液净化护理5个方面的35个条目达成共识。结论制订中国重症血液净化护理的专家共识,为临床护理人员实施重症血液净化提供有价值的参考。Objective To establish a consensus of Chinese experts on the practice of blood purification nursing care for critically ill patients,so as to provide guidance for the nursing of critically ill patients with blood purification.Methods We systematically reviewed literature and combined with the clinical experience of experts,listed the nursing problems in the blood purification process of critically ill patients,designed the expert letter inquiry form,and revised and improved each item through the Delphi expert letter method and the expert meeting method.Results A consensus was reached on 35 items in 5 aspects of blood purification nursing for critically ill patients.Conclusions The expert consensus on the nursing of critical blood purification in China has been formulated,providing a valuable reference for clinical nurses to implement critical blood purification.
