摘　　要：发动机损坏的类型和原因较多,本文主要对某大型发动机局部缺乏润滑导致的连杆及缸体破裂案例进行分析,通过对发动机润滑系统及各受损部件的材质性能及形貌等进行检验分析,逐一排查受损部件特征,确定各零部件失效的先后顺序,并最终确认连杆失效及发动机损坏的原因。There are many types and causes of engine damage.This paper mainly analyses the case of connecting rod and cylinder block breakage caused by partial lack of lubrication in a large engine.Through the inspection and analysis of engine lubrication system and material properties and morphology of damaged components,the characteristics of damaged components are checked one by one,and the failure sequence of each component is determined.And finally confirm the cause of connecting rod failure and engine damage.
