摘　　要：本文针对联合国第0号法规规定的国际整车型式批准体系开展研究。本文介绍了国际整车型式批准体系的重要性及联合国第0号法规的发展历程,总结了国际整车型式批准体系的主要内容、实施方法及对相关利益方的影响。基于联合国相关会议讨论情况及分析,本文预测了国际整车型式批准体系采用单项联合国法规的发展趋势,为中国汽车行业在整车市场准入方面积极有效参与国际竞争提供了策略性参考。The paper makes research on International Whole Vehicle Type Approval(IWVTA)specified in UN Regulation No.0.It introduces the importance of IWVTA and history of UN Regulation No.0 development and summarizes main content,implementation methods and influence on related stakeholders of IWVTA.Based on relevant UN sessions discussion and analysis,the paper makes prediction of development trend of adding individual UN Regulations in IWVTA,which provides strategic reference for China’s auto industry to actively and effectively participate in international competition in terms of whole vehicle market access.
