摘 要:黑龙江省水田灌溉用水量为各业用水量中最大,占全省总用水量的86.2%,水资源缺乏是制约农业发展的主要瓶颈。针对农业灌溉用水量受水文、气象、土壤类型等因素影响差异较大,灌溉分区过于单一不便于灌溉管理应用,缺少精细化分区等问题,本研究依据黑龙江省各区域的自然地理条件、种植结构、社会经济发展水平和水资源条件等制约条件来划分不同类型的灌溉分区,进而根据各类分区的特点进行逐级精细化分区,为全省农业用水定额管理和节水灌溉技术推广提供重要依据。The irrigation water consumption of paddy field in Heilongjiang Province is the largest of all industries,accounting for 86.2%of the total water consumption of this province.The lack of water resources is the main bottleneck restricting agricultural development.In view of the wide variance in irrigation water consumption caused by hydrology,meteorology,as well as soil type and single irrigation zone adverse to irrigation management,this study covers different types of irrigation zoning and successive/step-by-step fine partition study according to the characteristics of various zones based on natural geographical conditions,planting structure,social and economic development level and water resources conditions of different regions,which will provide an important basis for agricultural water quota management and water-saving irrigation technology promotion.
