摘　　要：主要介绍某炼化一体化企业使用中压加氢改质(MHUG)技术对柴油改质,提升柴油品质,同时用作乙烯装置裂解原料;对乙烯装置重质原料裂解炉进行改造、运行优化,使重质原料裂解炉能够适应柴油工况,并且在该工况下运行周期超过90天;为进一步拓展柴油的加工能力,对轻油炉加工柴油的可行性进行测试,将其用作柴油备用炉,使该企业百万吨级乙烯装置柴油加工能力全年维持在37.5%以上。This article mainly introduces a refining and chemical integrated company using MHUG technology to upgraded diesel and improve diesel quality.The upgraded diesel is also used as cracking feed.The heavy feed cracking furnaces in the steam cracker is revamped and optimized,to ensure that the heavy feedstock cracking furnace can adapt to diesel operation case and the operation cycle under this operation case shall be longer than 90 days.In order to further expand the diesel processing capacity,the feasibility of processing diesel in light oil furnace shall be tested.It can be used as diesel standby furnace,enabling the diesel processing capacity of the million-ton steam cracker to maintain above 37.5%in the whole year.
