一例犬急性肾衰的诊治

摘　　要：1只6岁雌性金毛寻回犬,疑似进食不明药物,就诊时表现出精神萎靡、食欲下降、腹泻、少尿或无尿等症状。为了对其所患疾病进行诊治,采用一般检查、病毒检测、实验室检查方法进行诊断,并根据诊断结果进行治疗。结果表明:病犬为急性肾衰,通过连续肾脏替代疗法及药物治疗,患犬预后良好。A six-year-old female golden retriever, suspected of taking an unknown drug, showed signs of listlessness, decreased appetite, diarrhea, oliguria or anuria at the time of treatment. In order to diagnose and treat it, it was diagnosed by general examination, virus detection and laboratory examination, and was treated according to the diagnostic results. The results showed that the sick dog was acute renal failure. Through continuous renal replacement therapy and drug treatment, the prognosis of the affected dog was good.
