铝阳极氧化废水处理工程改造实例

摘　　要：安徽某铝业加工企业早期废水处理工艺和设备陈旧,运行中已不符合现在环境保护要求。经过工程改造,采用分质分流处理工艺,结合当前市场上优质水处理产品的应用,对一类污染物含镍的镍封废水单独收集、处理和排放;对前处理老化液、色素废水进行预处理;对综合废水处理工艺进行优化,扩大沉淀池容积,增加排放水过滤装置等。通过半年的运行,出水各系水质稳定达到《GB21900—2008电镀污染物排放标准》要求。除镍、铝的其它指标执行《GB/T 31962—2015污水城镇下水道水质标准》表1,B级。降低运行成本的同时,满足当前环境保护排放标准要求。An anodic oxidation of aluminum enterprise in Anhui,whose wastewater treatment technolo‐gy and processing equipment were outdated,can not comply with the rule of environmental protection.After engineering transformation,the nickel seal wastewater containing nickel as a class I pollutant is collected,treated and discharged separately by adopting the quality separation treatment process,com‐bining with the application of high-quality water treatment products in the current market.Pretreatment aging solution and dyeing wastewater were pretreated.Optimize the comprehensive wastewater treat‐ment process,expand the volume of sedimentation tank,and increase the discharge water filtration de‐vice.After operation for half a year,the water quality of each effluent system is stable and up to GB21900-2008 discharge standard of electroplating pollutants.Other indicators,expect Ni and alumi‐num,comply with class B in Table 1 of GB/T 31962-2015 urban sewage quality standard.The solu‐tion meets the requirements of the current discharge standard for environmental protection,while the operation cost is reduced.
