摘 要:肝纤维化是多种慢性肝病发展为肝硬化和肝癌所必须经历的共同病理过程。肝纤维化在发生、发展过程中受到多种细胞因子以及信号通路的调控。近年来,大量研究表明铁死亡(ferroptosis)与肝纤维化密切相关,与正常肝脏相比,发生纤维化的肝脏内铁离子水平和脂质过氧化程度显著增加。因此,铁死亡可能是肝纤维化疾病诊断、预防和治疗的潜在靶标。本文就近年来关于铁死亡在肝纤维化中的作用进行综述,以期为肝纤维化的治疗提供新的思路。Liver fibrosis is a common pathological process that many chronic liver diseases must undergo to develop into cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Liver fibrosis is regulated by a variety of cytokines and signal pathways during its occurrence and development. In recent years, a large number of studies showed that ferroptosis is closely related to liver fibrosis. Compared with normal liver, the levels of irons and lipid peroxidation in the liver with fibrosis are significantly increased. Therefore, ferroptosis may be a potential target for the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of liver fibrosis. This review summarizes the role of ferroptosis in liver fibrosis, thus to provide new ideas for the treatment of liver fibrosis.
