摘 要:为了探究P53结合蛋白1(53BP1)磷酸化在乳腺癌发生、发展中的作用,选用乳腺癌组织芯片,该芯片含有220例乳腺癌组织和8例非癌乳腺组织,通过免疫组织化学染色实验检测,应用Image-Pro Plus荧光分析软件对图像进行分析,结合临床病例资料,研究磷酸化53BP1在乳腺癌组织中的表达.结果发现,磷酸化53BP1在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平显著高于非癌乳腺组织中的表达水平,在不同TNM分期、病理分级以及不同类型的乳腺癌组织中的平均表达量均显著高于非癌乳腺组织中的表达量(P<0.001).这些结果表明,磷酸化53BP1具有潜在的乳腺癌发生与发展的分子标志物的特性.To investigate the role of P53 binding protein 1(53BP1)phosphorylation in the occurrence and development of breast cancer,the breast cancer tissue microarray containing 220 cases of breast cancer tissues and eight cases of non-cancer tissues was adopted as experimental material.Immunohistochemical staining test was performed and the images were analyzed by Image-Pro Plus fluorescence analysis software.The expression of phosphorylated 53BP1 in breast cancer tissues was studied combined with clinical case data.The results showed that the expression level of phosphorylated 53BP1 in breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in non-cancer tissues.The expression level of phosphorylated 53BP1 in different TNM stages,pathological grades and different types of breast cancer was all significantly higher than that in non-cancer tissues(P<0.001).The above results suggest that phosphorylation of 53BP1 has the characteristics of potential molecular marker for the occurrence and development of breast cancer.
