摘 要:为了解放牧和围封及其交互作用对内蒙古羊草草原土壤团聚体的影响,以不同放牧强度下围封10 a的羊草草原为实验平台,设计2个放牧处理(中度放牧和过度放牧)和2个围封处理(不围封和围封),测定放牧、围封及其交互作用下土壤团聚体的粒级分布、稳定性指标、有机碳和总氮含量.结果表明:①与中度放牧样地相比,过度放牧样地中土壤大团聚体的含量减少,微团聚体的含量增加,土壤团聚体的平均重量直径(MWD)和几何平均直径(GMD)减少,土壤的有机碳和总氮含量显著降低;②围封使中度放牧样地的大团聚体含量增加,土壤团聚体的MWD和GMD显著增大,对有机碳和总氮含量没有显著影响;③围封使过度放牧样地的微团聚体含量增加,对大团聚体的含量和MWD、GMD、有机碳和总氮含量没有显著影响;④放牧强度和围封对草原土壤团聚体粒级分布和稳定性的影响具有明显交互作用.In order to learn the effects of grazing,enclosure and their interaction on soil aggregates of Leymus chinensis grassland in Inner Mongolia,the Leymus chinensis steppe enclosed for 10 years under different grazing intensities was used as the experimental platform.Two grazing treatments(moderate grazing and overgrazing)and two enclosure treatments(no enclosure and enclosure)were designed.The particle size distribution and stability index of soil aggregates,the content of organic carbon and total nitrogen were measured under different conditions of grazing,enclosure and their interaction.The results showed that:①Compared with the moderate grazing plots,the content of macroaggregates decreased,the content of microaggregates increased,the mean weight diameter(MWD)and geometric mean diameter(GMD)of soil aggregates decrea-sed,and the content of soil organic carbon and total nitrogen decreased significantly in the overgrazing plots;②Enclosure increased the content of macroaggregates and significantly increased the MWD and GMD of soil aggregates,but had no significant effect on the content of organic carbon and total nitrogen in the moderate grazing plots;③Enclosure increased the content of microaggregates,but had no significant effect on the content of macroaggregates,MWD,GMD,the content of organic carbon and total nitrogen in the overgrazing plots;④Grazing intensity and enclosure had significant interaction effects on the particle size distribution and stability of soil aggregates.
