摘　　要：基于“癌毒传舍”理论防治肺癌转移,从癌毒特点、“传之路径”、易“舍”之脏三方面出发,将扶正祛邪、化痰祛瘀法贯穿治疗的始终。腺癌、鳞癌、小细胞肺癌癌毒分别以痰热毒的偏盛为特点,故治疗分别侧重化痰、清热、攻毒。癌毒“传之路径”乃气血运行、津液输布的通道,治疗着重化痰祛瘀。肺癌癌毒最易“舍”于肝、脑、骨、淋巴结,肝转移癌防治注重疏肝健脾,活血散结。脑转移癌防治注重化痰息风,活血通窍。骨转移癌防治注重补肾填精,化瘀生新。淋巴结转移癌防治注重化痰祛瘀,软坚散结。Based on the theory of“cancer toxic’s dissemination and setting down”to prevent and treat lung cancer metastasis,the method of reinforcing the healthy Qi and eliminating the pathogenic factors,resolving phlegm and eliminating stasis are important through the whole process,from the characteristics of cancer toxin,“transmission path”,viscera easy to“give up”three aspects.The“cancer toxins”of adenocarcinoma,squamous cell carcinoma,and small cell lung cancer are characterized by phlegm“heat”,and treatment focuses on removing phlegm,clearing away heat,and detoxify.The path of“cancer toxin’s dissemination”is the channel for the circulation of Qi and blood and the transfusion of body fluid,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis should be emphasized.The“cancer toxin”of lung cancer is most easily metastasize to the liver,brain,bones and lymph gland.The prevention and treatment of liver metastatic cancer focuses on soothing the liver and fortifying the spleen,promoting blood circulation and dispersing nodules.The prevention and treatment of brain metastasis cancer focuses on resolving phlegm to relieve wind,activating blood and opening the orifices.The prevention and treatment of bone metastatic cancer focuses on tonifying the kidney and filling essence,dispelling stasis to promote regeneration.The prevention and treatment of lymph node metastasis focuses on resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,softening hardness and dissipating binds respectively.
