摘 要:针对现有板卡检测系统的不足,本文设计开发一种基于PCS—9550直流控制保护平台的板卡检测系统。以降低造价、节约空间为约束条件,对控制保护主机单元、分布式IO单元和电子式互感器测量单元三部分装置所含板卡进行归类,给出每类板卡的检测原理并开发检测软硬件。最后以某±800kV特高压直流输电工程的典型板卡为例进行试验,结果表明,该系统能快速准确地检测该工程中基于PCS—9550平台的各类型板卡,可以为换流站现场的运维工作和科研单位的仿真系统提供支撑。In view of the shortcomings of the existing board detection system,a board detection system based on the PCS—9550 HVDC control and protection platform is designed and developed.In this paper,with the constraints of reducing the cost and saving space,the boards in the control and protection host unit,distributed IO unit and electronic transformer measurement unit are classified,the detection principle of each kind of board is proposed,and the software and hardware are developed.Finally,typical boards of a±800kV UHVDC transmission project are tested.The results show that the system can detect different types of boards based on PCS—9550 HVDC control and protection system quickly and accurately,as well as provide support for the operation and maintenance work of the converter station and the simulation system of the scientific research unit.
