摘  要:针对低压应急电源车在实际应用中不具备并网功能,在接入及退出过程中很可能迫使用户经历多次短时间停电的问题,本文研制一种0.4kV移动式并机并网装置,可使应急电源车实现不停电接入或退出用户侧母排,用于市电掉电或用户变压器等设备检修时不停电带接用户等场景,从而提高市区配电网供电可靠性、增加供电量,进一步提升公司经营效益及社会形象。In order to resolve the problem of inability to synchronization and possibility of forcing users to experience short-term power outages for low-voltage emergency electric vehicles in practical work,a 0.4kV removable synchronization paralleling device is developed,which makes the emergency electric vehicle access to and exit from the user side bus without short-time power outage.In the new application,it makes the emergency electric vehicle provide power to users directly during outage or maintenance,improves the power supply reliability of urban distribution network,increases the power supply and helps the company improve power supply reliability and corporate image.
