摘 要:近年来,智能变电站进一步改良优化,继电保护智能化、标准化的思路应运而生。随着技术规范的不断完善和统一,智能变电站保护在测试方法和通信形式上较以往发生了很大改变,大量检测工作需要在工厂内进行,而继电保护常规检测方法无法满足工厂化大规模检测需求,这给智能变电站保护测试工作带来了新的挑战。针对上述问题,本文研究现有的智能变电站保护检测技术,分析采用故障录波文件回放的检测实验较常规动/静模检测实验的优点,设计了一套适用于不同录波装置的录波文件解析流程。此外,为了满足不同类型智能变电站保护装置采用故障录波文件回放进行检测的需求,研究了三种同步回放技术并分析其具体适用范围。In recent years,the intelligent substation is further improved and optimized.The idea of intelligent and standard relay protection has emerged.With the continuous improvement and unification of technical specifications,the testing methods and communication forms of intelligent substation protection devices have changed a lot.A large amount of testing work needs to be carried out in the factory,and the conventional testing methods of relay protection cannot meet the large-scale testing requirements of the factory.The above problems bring new challenges to the testing of intelligent substation protection.In order to solve the problems above and meet the on-site maintenance-free requirements,this paper researches the existing protection detection technology and analyzes the advantages of the detection experiment using the playback of the fault recording file compared with the conventional dynamic/static mode detection experiment.A set of standard analyzing procedure suitable for different fault recording devices is designed.In addition,in order to meet the needs of different types of intelligent substation protection devices using fault recording file playback detection,three kinds of synchronous playback technologies are studied and the specific application scope of each synchronous playback technology is analyzed.
