双向质量反馈护理模式在肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究双向质量反馈护理模式在肝硬化合并上消化道出血(UGB)患者护理中的应用价值。方法以2019年1月至2020年1月在我院治疗的肝硬化伴UGB患者60例为研究对象,采用区组随机化法分为研究组(双向质量反馈护理+常规护理干预)及对照组(常规护理干预),每组30例。比较两组临床指标、并发症发生率及干预前后疾病认知度、睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果研究组干预后疾病认知度高于对照组,SRSS、SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组住院时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将双向质量反馈护理应用于肝硬化伴UGB的护理干预中,可提高疾病了解度及睡眠质量,减轻焦虑程度,缩短住院时间,且并发症少。Objective To explore the application value of two-way quality feedback nursing mode in the nursing of patients with cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding(UGB).Methods A total of 60 patients with cirrhosis and UGB treated in the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between January 2019 and January 2020.According to block randomization method,they were divided into study group(two-way quality feedback nursing and routine nursing intervention)and control group(routine nursing intervention),30 cases in each group.The clinical indexes,incidence of complications,scores of disease cognition,self-rating sleep status(SRSS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,disease cognition in study group was higher than that in control group,while scores of SRSS and SAS were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time in study group was shorter than that in control group,and incidence of complications was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of two-way quality feedback nursing in nursing of patients with cirrhosis with UGB can improve disease cognition and sleep quality,alleviate anxiety and shorten hospitalization time,with few complications.
