中国尺蛾科新记录属-曦尺蛾属及其一新记录种记述(鳞翅目:尺蛾科:灰尺蛾亚科)

摘　　要：基于形态特征和DNA条形码序列,首次报道灰尺蛾亚科曦尺蛾属Heliomata Grote&Robinson,1866和曦尺蛾Heliomata glarearia(Denis&Schiffermüller,1775)在中国分布,提供了形态描述和特征图以及曦尺蛾属的世界物种名录。将本研究获取的3条序列与BOLD系统下载的33条序列综合分析,构建了曦尺蛾属Heliomata的NJ树。结果显示:曦尺蛾H.glarearia种内平均遗传距离为1.8%,其近缘种为北美的H.infulata Grote,1863,遗传距离为11.7%。A newly recorded rare genus Heliomata Grote & Robinson, 1866 of Ennominae based on the newly recorded species H. glarearia(Denis & Schiffermüller, 1775) from China is reported according to morphological characters and DNA barcode sequences. Morphological descriptions and illustrations of the genus and species, and the catalogue of Heliomataeliomata in the world are provided. The neighbour-joining(NJ) tree is constructed for 36 COI sequences. The mean intraspecific distance of H. glarearia is 1.8%. Nearest related species is H. infulata Grote, 1863,which is distributed in North America, with the genetic distance 11.7%.
