运动员失败恐惧对训练比赛满意感的影响:心理坚韧性的调节效应

摘　　要：目的检验运动员失败恐惧感与训练比赛满意感之间的关系,重点探究心理坚韧性在失败恐惧感与训练比赛满意感之间的调节效应。方法以360名运动员作为被试,采用问卷调查法对运动员的失败恐惧感,训练比赛满意感与心理坚韧性进行测量,并运用相关分析、回归分析、描述分析和信度分析对调查所得数据进行分析。结果与结论1)运动员失败恐惧感可显著负向预测训练比赛满意感(β=-0.168,p<0.01);2)运动员失败恐惧感与心理坚韧性呈显著负相关(r=-0.275,p<0.01);3)运动员心理坚韧性可显著正向预测训练比赛满意感(β=0.389,p<0.01);4)失败恐惧感与心理坚韧性的交互项达到显著性水平(p=0.008<0.01),心理坚韧性能够在失败恐惧与训练比赛满意感之间起显著调节效应。未来,可着眼运动员心理坚韧性的培养,以减缓失败恐惧的消极影响,从而更有效地提高运动员的运动表现和训练比赛满意感,促进运动员心理健康发展。The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between athletes'fear of failure(FF)and training and competition satisfaction(TCS),and the moderating effect of mental toughness(MT)between them.A sample of athletes(n=360)were used as subjects to measure the FF,TCS and MT by questionnaires,and the data were statistically analyzed using correlation analysis,regression analysis,descriptive analysis and reliability analysis.The results of the study showed that,1)Athletes'FF significantly negatively predicted TCS(β=-0.168,p<0.01).2)Athletes'FF and MT were significantly negatively correlated(r=-0.275,p<0.01).3)Athletes'MT significantly positively predicted TCS(β=0.389,p<0.01).4)the interaction term between FF and MT reached a significant level(p=0.008<0.01),and MT moderated the relationship between FF and MT.In the future,By strengthening the cultivation and training of athletes'mental toughness,the negative impact of fear of failure can be mitigated,so as to more effectively improve the athletes'sports performance and training and competition satisfaction,and promote the healthy development of athletes'psychology.
