摘　　要：目的调查无锡市产科护理人员负性情绪现状并分析其影响因素。方法2020年9月采用线上问卷调查方式,应用抑郁焦虑压力量表、心理弹性量表、核心自我评价量表、简易应对方式量表和领悟社会支持量表对无锡市20家医院420名产科护理人员进行问卷调查,了解其负性情绪现状,并分析其影响因素。结果420名产科护理人员中抑郁178人(42.4%),焦虑259人(61.7%),压力150人(35.7%)。对于焦虑,心理弹性、核心自我评价是其影响因素(OR=0.977、0.876,均P<0.05);对于压力,心理弹性、核心自我评价、周睡眠时间及工作年限是其影响因素(OR=0.979、0.876、0.957、1.569,均P<0.05);对于抑郁,领悟社会支持及核心自我评价是其影响因素(OR=0.951、0.861,均P<0.01)。结论无锡市产科护理人员抑郁、焦虑、压力等负性情绪较为严重,可能与领悟社会支持、心理弹性、核心自我评价、一周睡眠时间及工作年限等有关。Objective To explore the negative emotion status among obstetric nurses in Wuxi City,analyze its influencing factors.Methods By the online questionnaire survey,420 obstetric nurses from 20 hospitals in Wuxi City were investigated by the Depression and Anxiety Stress Scale,the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,the Core Self-evaluation Scale,the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire and the Perceived Social Support Scale in September 2020,to understand their negative emotion status,and analyze its influencing factors. Results Among the 420 obstetric nurses,178(42.4%) were depressed,259(61.7%) were anxious,and 150(35.7%) were stressed. Psychological resilience and core self-evaluation may be the influencing factors for anxiety(OR=0.977,0.871,both P <0.05). Psychological resilience,core self-evaluation,sleep time per week and working years may be the influencing factors for stress(OR=0.979,0.876,0.957,1.569,all P<0.05). Perceived social support and core self-evaluation may be the influencing factors for depression(OR=0.951,0.861,both P<0.01). Conclusion Obstetric nurses have serious negative emotions such as depression,anxiety and stress,which may be related to perceived social support,psychological resilience,core self-evaluation,sleep time per week,and working years.
