摘　　要：目的了解西安市男男性行为者(man who have sex with man,MSM)艾滋病高危行为对艾滋病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)抗体阳性的影响因素,为制定该人群的防治措施提供科学依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,对2017—2019年西安市碑林区MSM人群状况进行问卷调查,明确HIV高危行为现况并分析影响因素。结果共获得2 115份有效问卷。第一次同性性行为年龄为(24.44±7.73)岁,其中HIV抗体阳性112例,MSM的艾滋病预防知识总体知晓率为91.49%。多因素分析结果显示,职业、月均收入、文化程度、与同性发生性行为时所扮演的角色、与同性发生性行为时安全套的使用情况是MSM感染HIV的危险因素(χ;=29.488、11.728、10.813、48.151、50.590,均P<0.05)。结论 2017—2019年西安市MSM者对艾滋病预防知识总体知晓率较高,职业、月均收入、文化程度、与同性发生性行为时所扮演的角色和安全套的使用情况是感染的危险因素,应对此类人群采取有针对性的干预措施,进一步降低MSM者HIV的感染。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of AIDS high-risk behaviors on positive antibody of human immunodeficiency virus( HIV) among men who have sex with men( MSM), provide scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control measures for this population. Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted on the status of MSM population in Beilin District of Xi’an City from 2017-2019 by the cross-sectional survey,to investigate the status of HIV high-risk behaviors and analyze the influencing factors. Results A total of 2 115 valid questionnaires were obtained. The average age of the first homosexual act was(24.44±7.73) years old. There were 112 cases of positive antibody. The overall awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge in MSM was 91.49%. The multivariate analysis results showed that occupation,average monthly income,educational level,the role played when having sex with the same sex,and condom use during having sex with the same sex were the risk factors of MSM infection with HIV (χ;=29.488,11.728,10.813,48.151,50.590,all P<0.05). Conclusion The overall awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge in MSM in Xi’an City from 2017-2019 is high. Occupation,monthly income,education,role played and condom used when having sex with the same sex,and condom use during having sex with the same sex are the risk factors of infection. It is necessary to take targeted interventions to further reduce the HIV infection of MSM.
