摘  要:为研究两栖装甲车持久作战能力,提出其履带板胶料摩擦极限智能监测方法,通过胶料的混炼、热炼及出片等制备装甲车履带板。将履带板组装至两栖装甲车,利用装甲承重轮和履带部分的采集器获取两栖装甲车的载荷和履带温度,将履带数据经装甲车顶部的GPS传输器传送至计算机。基于最小二乘法,用计算机拟合计算不同环境温度和路面情况的摩擦因数,在计算结果异常时,计算机自动发送警报,实现履带板胶料摩擦极限的智能监测。结果表明:压力增大,材料性状改变,履带板胶料摩擦因数减小,温度升高,摩擦因数下降;该方法可有效监测履带板胶料摩擦因数,且路面越光滑,履带板胶料摩擦因数越小;该方法可在0.9~1.4 s内及时监测履带板胶料摩擦极限。In order to ensure the long-lasting combat capability of amphibious armored vehicles,the intelligent tracking and monitoring method for the friction limit of amphibious armored vehicle track shoe rubber was studied,and the armored vehicle track board was prepared through the steps of rubber mixing,heat smelting and sheeting.After the track shoe was assembled to the amphibious armored vehicle,the load capacity and track temperature data of the amphibious armored vehicle were acquired by the collectors of armored load-bearing wheel part and track part,and the track data was transmitted to the computer server via the GPS transmitter on the top of the armored vehicle.Based on the least squares method,the computer server was used to fit and calculate the friction coefficient under different environmental temperatures and road conditions.When the calculation result was abnormal,the computer server automatically sent an alarm message to the user to achieve the friction limit of the amphibious armored vehicle track shoe rubber,intelligent tracking and monitoring.The results show that of material properties change the friction coefficient of the track shoe rubber decreases as the pressure increases,and the temperature rises,and the friction coefficient shows a downward trend.This method can effectively track and monitor the changes in the friction coefficient of track shoe rubber,and when the roads is smoother,the friction coefficient of track shoe rubber is smaller.This method can timely monitor the friction limit of track shoe rubber in 0.9-1.4 s.
