摘 要:航空摄影测量是目前大比例尺地形图制作的主要手段,但在地形图测绘过程中高程注记点测量仍主要采用全野外测绘方式。以盐城市大比例尺地形图测绘市区1∶500正射影像图制作及地形图测绘项目为例,加强了航摄中间环节质量控制,强化了像控点的布设和外业测量精度,通过内业全数字摄影测量所采集的高程注记点与基于JSCORS的网络RTK作业方式联测的野外测量的高程注记点进行比较,分析了其精度水平。结果表明,内业立体采集高程注记点的精度满足规范要求,是一种可行、可靠、高效的作业方法,高程点的内业采集完全可以替代野外实地测量,大大减轻了外业高程测量的工作量。Aerophotogrammetry is the main method of producing large-scale topographic map at present,but the measurement of elevation annotation points is still mainly using full field surveying and mapping method in the process of topographic map surveying and mapping.Taking orthophoto map production of 1∶500 large scale topographic mapping in Yancheng city as an example,through strengthening the quality control of the intermediate link of aerophotogrammetry and enhancing the image control points layout and field measurement accuracy,and comparing the elevation annotation points collected by the indoor total digital photogrammetry with the field survey based on the JSCORS network RTK method,the level of accuracy is analyzed.The results show that the accuracy of the stereoscopic collection of elevation annotation points meets the requirements of the specification,and it is a feasible,reliable and efficient method.The indoor collection of elevation annotation points can completely replace the field survey method,and it can greatly reduce the workload of field elevation measurement.
