金属钛表面钙三醇/明胶/壳聚糖复合涂层材料制备及其生物相容性研究

摘  要:活性维生素D(1,25二羟基维生素D3,钙三醇)复合涂层能够给予生物材料在特定情况下一定的成骨、免疫调节、促血管生成等生物学特性。将适宜剂量的钙三醇沉积在生物材料上从而在满足细胞活性的同时获得一定的缓释性能,是钙三醇复合涂层研究的基础。文中采用电沉积技术,在壳聚糖/明胶复合材料表面进一步制备了钙三醇复合涂层,分析了涂层的物化学性能和生物学性能。结果表明,钙三醇/明胶/壳聚糖复合涂层材料成功制备并且具有24h缓释性能及良好的生物相容性。The composite coating of active vitamin D(calcitriol)can give biomaterials some biological characteristics,such as osteogenesis,antibacterial and angiogenesis.It is the basis of the application of the compound coating of calcitriol in clinical application that the appropriate dose of calcitriol is deposited on the biomaterials to obtain a certain sustained-release performance while satisfying the cell activity.In this paper,the calcitriol composite coating was further prepared on the surface of chitosan/gelatin composite by electrophoretic deposition,and the physicochemical and biological properties of the coating were analyzed.The results showed that the coating materials were successfully fabricated while showing good biocompatibility.
