摘　　要：目的本研究旨在从微观社会资本理论视角,探讨影响艾滋病防治领域社会组织核心成员社会资本的因素。方法根据艾滋病疫情的严重程度,采用多阶段抽样方法,分别在云南省、四川省、湖南省、湖北省、山东省、安徽省、吉林省和甘肃省中抽取2~3个地市作为调查现场,开展访谈式问卷调查。调查完成后,建立数据库采用Epi Data3.1软件进行,数据分析采用SPSS16.0软件进行。结果调查对象社会资本总分为(-0.25±0.30)分,在各维度得分中最高的是信任维度,为(0.28±0.46)分。社会支持的得分最低,为(-0.34±0.64)分。社会网络、凝聚力与归属感两个维度的得分分别为(-0.31±0.29)分和(0.27±0.68)分。艾滋病防治领域社会组织核心成员社会资本总分高流行区与低流行区差异有统计学意义,高流行区社会资本总分为(-0.080±0.602)分,低流行区社会资本总分为(0.020±0.561)分。年龄和职称对艾滋病防治领域社会组织核心成员的社会资本有显著影响。结论艾滋病防治领域社会组织核心成员社会资本总分表现为低流行区高于高流行区,信任维度水平最高,社会支持水平最低。Objective This study was designed to explore the factors affecting the social capital of core members in society organizations in HIV/AIDS prevention and control from a micro-social capital theory perspective.Methods According to the severity of the AIDS epidemic,a multi-stage sampling method was adopted,and 2-3 cities were selected as survey sites in Yunnan Province,Sichuan Province,Hunan Province,Hubei Province,Shandong Province,Anhui Province,Jilin Province,and Gansu Province.Conduct an interview questionnaire survey.After the investigation was completed,the establishment of the database was carried out with Epi Data3.1 software,and the data analysis was carried out with SPSS16.0 software.Results The total social capital score of the survey respondents is(-0.25±0.30)points,and the highest score in each dimension is the trust dimension,which is(0.28±0.46)points.The social support score was the lowest at(-0.34±0.64)points.The scores of the two dimensions of social network,cohesion and sense of belonging are(-0.31±0.29)points and(0.27±0.68)points,respectively.The total score of social capital of core members of social organizations in the field of AIDS prevention and treatment is statistically significant.The total score of social capital in high-endemic areas is(-0.080±0.602)and that in low-endemic areas is(0.020±0.561)minutes.Age and professional title have a significant impact on the social capital of core members of social organizations in the field of AIDS prevention and treatment.Conclusion The total score of social capital of the core members of social organizations in the AIDS prevention and control field is higher in the low prevalence area than in the high prevalence area,with the highest level of trust dimension and the lowest level of social support.
