绵阳市年轻男男性行为者与异性结婚意愿及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解年轻男男性行为者(YMSM)与异性结婚的意愿(简称结婚意愿),分析影响因素。方法用"滚雪球"抽样法,对绵阳市YMSM进行结婚意愿等横断面调查。结果共调查YMSM 338人,有结婚意愿20.1%、不确定66.6%,其结婚意愿来自家庭压力59.5%、自己内心23.4%、"传宗接代"14.4%。结婚意愿的对象为女同性恋者23.4%、普通异性38.7%、都可以37.8%,建立的婚姻关系为形式婚姻25.2%、传统婚姻36.9%、都可以37.8%。如结婚有意愿离婚11.9%、不确定56.0%。多因素分析结果发现,自认性向后天形成、首个性伴为女性者结婚意愿更大,本地居住时间>1年、近6个月是固定性伴、自我接纳得分越高的结婚意愿更小(P均<0.05)。结论YMSM结婚意愿、对象及所建立婚姻关系的不确定性大,结婚意愿受多种因素影响,固定性伴、促进自我接纳对降低结婚意愿具积极作用。Objective To understand the willingness of young men who have sex with men(YMSM)to marry the opposite sex(referred to as the willingness to marry)and analyze the influencing factors.Methods The"snowball"sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on marriage intentions and cross-sectional surveys of YMSM in Mianyang City.Results There were 20.1% willingness to get married,of which 66.6% were uncertain,59.5% with willingness from family pressure,23.4% of their desires,14.4%of inheritance.23.4% of the partners they intend to marry are lesbians,38.7% are ordinary heterosexuals,and 37.8% are both.The 25.2% of the marriage relationships they want to establish are a marriage of convenience,36.9% are customary marriages,and 37.8% are both.If getting married,11.9%,will and 56.0% are uncertain about getting a divorce.Multi-factor analysis showed that women with self-identified acquired sexual orientation and those first sexual partners were female are more willing to marry.However,people who lived in local areas for more than one year had a fixed sexual partner in the past six months and had higher self-acceptance scores had lower willingness to be married(all P<0.05).Conclusion Highly uncertain had been with the desire to marry YMSM,on the marriage partner and the established marriage relationship.The willingness to marry is affected by many factors.Fixing sexual partners and promoting self-acceptance has a positive effect on reducing the desire to marry.
