摘　　要：选取2021年9月10日至10月5日在莆田学院附属医院肺科住院确诊的新型冠状病毒Delta株感染患儿87例,搜集首发症状、刻诊症状、舌象等资料,通过数据分析,认为儿童病例主要病机为湿热阻滞,热重于湿。以清热化湿为治疗原则,以"轻可去实"为治疗方法,采用辛凉透络、宣窍透达、开郁宣化、淡渗利湿诸法。表明中医药早期、全程介入治疗,不仅能显著减轻临床症状,截断病情向纵深发展,还有利于患儿后期的康复调养。From September 10 to October 5 in 2021,87 confirmly diagnosed cases of children infected with Delta COVID-19 strain hospitalized in the lung department of Affiliated Hospital of Putian College were chosen, the data of initial symptoms, diagnosis symptoms, and manifestations of tongue were collected.It holds that the main pathogenesis of the children cases is damp-heat obstruction and heat outweighing dampness by data analysis.Taking clearing away heat to eliminate dampness as the therapeutic principle and "mild medicinals expelling excess" as the therapeutic method, we use the methods, such as releasing collaterals with pungent-cool medicinals, outthrusting through opening orifice, stagnation-relieving and dispersion with resolution, and eliminating dampness with medicinals of bland taste, which indicates that early and whole-course intervention treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can not only markedly alleviate the clinical symptoms, cut off the scope and depth of the disease development, but also benefit the rehabilitation and recuperation of children in the later stage.
