摘　　要：目的通过对月坛社区卫生服务中心全科护士的护理工作量的统计,了解全科护理工作的主要内容。方法对2018年11月-2019年10月月坛社区中心全科护士所有的工作内容进行分类整理和工作量分析。结果月坛社区中心全科护士的护理工作内容分为基本护理和公卫护理方面,基本护理占总护理工作的44.21%,其中基础护理操作占39.38%,辅助检查及物理理疗占4.30%,出诊服务占0.5S3%;公卫护理占总护理工作的5.79%,其中健康教育占11.35%,慢性病随访占39.30%,老年人健康管理占5.14%.结论月坛中心全科护士的工作内容中,公卫护理占比显著增加,也成为重要组成部分,公卫护理的总量明显超过基本护理。随着国家医改政策以及家庭医生签约服务的推进,公共卫生护理的需求量会不断增加,全科护士需不断扩展业务内容来满足更多需求。0bjective We analyze the service of general pratitioner nurses in Yuetan Community Health Service Center in order to understand the main contents of general nursing service.Methods We lasified and analyzed the service contents of general practitioner nurses in Yuetan Community Center from November 2018 to Oclober 2019.Results The service of general practitioner nurses in Yuetan Community Center is divided into basic nursing care service and public health nursing care service.Basic nursing care service accounted for 44.21%,of the tolal nursing work,of which basic nursing operation accounted for 39.38%,auxiliary examination and physical therapy accounted for 4.30%,outpatient services accounted for 0.53%;Public health care serice accounted for 55.79%of the total nursing work,of which health education accounted for 11.35%,chronic disease fllow up accounled for 39.30%,and elderly health management accounted for 5.14%.Conc lus ion In the work of general practitioner nurses in Yuetan Center,the proportion of public health care increased significanly and became an important part.The total amount of public health care was significantly higher than that of basic care.With the promotion of national medical reform policy and family doctors'signing service,the demand for public health care will continue to increase,and general nurses need to expand their business content to meet more needs.
