摘  要:高压静电纺丝技术是最近二十年才发展起来的用于制备纳米纤维的重要方法,通过此技术已经实现了直径由几纳米到数百纳米范围内不同种类聚合物纳米纤维的制备,并在光电子、传感器、电化学电极、催化剂、环境和生物医学等领域展现出极大的应用潜力。总结了静电纺丝不同基体包括天然高分子、合成高分子、无机物等常用种类及其基体特性,概括了复合纳米纤维不同的结构调控和组分设计方法,以及在复合过程中的相分离方式和结构,以期对纳米复合材料的具体研究有所启发。High voltage electrostatic spinning technology,referred to as electrospinning for short,is an important method for nanofibers that has just developed in the past two decades.Nanofibers of different types of polymers with diameters ranging from a few nanometers to hundreds of nanometers have been prepared through this technology,which have shown great application potential in the fields of optoelectronics,sensors,electrochemical electrodes,catalysts,environment and biomedicine.The common types of different substrates including natural polymers,synthetic polymers,inorganics and their matrix characteristics were summarized.The different methods of structure regulation and component design in the process of fiber compounding as well as the ways and structures of phase separation were discussed,which will provide inspiration for specific research of nanocomposite.
