摘  要:针对临床血液透析材料聚醚砜(PES)进行改性,利用伽马射线在PES膜表面引发辐射接枝聚合反应,接枝亲水性对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS),改善PES膜的亲水性和血液相容性。并进一步在其表面引入具有抗菌性的碘和纳米银,赋予膜材料抗菌性。采用红外光谱、水接触角、场发射扫描电镜和Zeta电位等方法表征改性的PES膜;同时优选接枝改性工艺,确定最优辐照工艺条件为0.3g/mL的SSS浓度和15kGy的辐照剂量。最后,通过血液相容性实验和抗菌实验表明,改性PES膜材料具有良好的血液相容性和抗菌性能。In order to improve the hemocompatibility and antibacterial activity of polyethersulfone(PES)membranes,radiation grafting polymerization was used to graft hydrophilic sodiump-styrene sulfonate(SSS)on the surfaces of the membranes.Then,iodine and silver nanoparticles as antibacterial agents were introduced to the modified PES membranes to endow the materials with antibacterial property.The modified PES membranes were characterized by FT-IR,water contact angle,SEM and Zeta potential.The results showed that the 0.3 g·mL-1 SSS concentration and the radiation dose of 15 kGy were the optimum reaction conditions.Hemocompatibility and antibacterial tests indicated that the modified PES membranes had excellent hemocompatibility and antibacterial property.
