摘 要:通过PTMG-NDI型聚氨酯预聚体改性环氧树脂E-51,合成了固化时间短、力学性能与耐热性能优异的聚氨酯改性环氧树脂,分析了聚氨酯改性环氧树脂的合成工艺与最佳组成、固化剂的优选与复掺比例。结果表明,当合成条件为80℃×1h,环氧树脂∶PTMG-NDI型聚氨酯预聚体∶固化剂=100∶10∶40,复掺固化剂某酰胺∶某酚醛胺=32∶8时,聚氨酯改性环氧树脂性能最佳,其表干时间为3.92h,完全干燥时间为12h,拉伸强度20.12MPa,断裂延伸率103.34%,弯曲强度50.14MPa,弯曲变形11.60mm,粘结强度1.69MPa,玻璃化转变温度300℃。最后,通过红外光谱与扫描电镜对其增韧机理进行分析,结果达到预期。The epoxy resin(EP)E-51 was modified with PTMG-NDI polyurethane(PUR)prepolymer,synthesized PUR modified EP with short curing time,excellent mechanical properties and heat resistance.The synthesis process and the optimal composition of the EP,the optimization of the curing agent and the compounding ratio were studied.The results showed that when the synthesis conditions were 80℃×1 h,the EP∶PUR prepolymer∶curing agent=100∶10∶40.The curing agent was preferably an amide and a phenalkamine,and the compounding ratio was amide∶phenalkamine=32∶8.The surface drying time was 4 h,the complete drying time was 12 h,the tensile strength20.12 MPa,and the elongation at break 103.34%.The EP with bending strength 50.14 MPa,bending deformation11.60 mm,adhesive strength 1.69 MPa,and glass transition temperature 300℃.Finally,the toughening mechanism was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy(IRS)-and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the results achieved the expected results.
