摘  要:通过溶胶-凝胶法合成SiO_(2)纳米颗粒,经硅烷偶联剂γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷表面修饰双键,以甲基丙烯酸二甲氨乙酯为阳离子单体,自由基聚合接枝聚合物刷,获得表面阳离子化的纳米SiO_(2)。颗粒表面性质通过红外光谱、接触角、Zeta电位及粒径分析、热重等表征。结果表明:叔胺聚合物接枝纳米SiO_(2)颗粒表面带正电,具有良好的水分散性,可以和阳离子拒水剂CWR-8GT复配,能在不影响原有拒水剂稳定性及不改变操作条件的情况下在织物表面构筑粗糙结构,提高整理后织物的疏水性能。SiO_(2)nanoparticles were synthesized by sol-gel method followed by grafting of 3-(methacryloyloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane to provide double bond on nanoparticles.Polymer brush was grafted on above particles with 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate worked as cationic monomer.The modified particles were characterized by FT-IR,TG and SEM,and the size zeta potential of the particles was measured.The physical properties of the mixture of modified particles with commercial water repellent agent CWR-8 GT were tested.The mixture was used to provide hydrophobicity on fabric.The results showed that the surface of SiO_(2)nanoparticles grafted with tertiary amine polymer was positively charged and had good water dispersibility.It mixed well with cationic water repellent agent without affecting the stability of the water repellent agent.The surface of fabric tread by the mixture was roughen with modified particles which increased water repellency.
