摘  要:为探究环氧沥青混合料的耐酸雨侵蚀性能及作用机理,采用周期干湿循环浸泡实验、接触角实验和路用性能实验对环氧沥青混合料、SBS改性沥青混合料和70^(#)基质沥青混合料的耐酸雨侵蚀性能进行研究。结果表明,酸雨可显著降低沥青的粘附性、沥青混合料的路用性能和老化耐久性。与SBS改性沥青和70^(#)基质沥青相比,环氧沥青与集料间的粘附性最优,其混合料的耐酸雨侵蚀能力最强,且可应用于OGFC沥青混合料。环氧沥青具有的极性基团、高强内聚力和低收缩率的热固性树脂可使其粘附性增强,从而有效抵御水分的侵蚀、剥落和温度应力开裂。废橡胶粉和改性竹纤维的加入可使环氧沥青混合料中的"结构沥青"增多、空隙率降低而具有良好的致密性,形成的空间网络结构可起"加筋"和"增韧"作用,进一步增强混合料的力学性能、抗渗性能和耐酸雨侵蚀能力。To research the acid rain resistance and mechanism of epoxy asphalt mixture,the acid rain resistance of epoxy asphalt mixture,SBS modified asphalt mixture and 70^(#)base asphalt mixture were studied by wet and dry cyclic immersion test,contact angle test and road performance test.The results shown that acid rain can significantly reduce the adhesion of asphalt,and the road performance and aging durability of asphalt mixture.Epoxy asphalt had the best adhesion with the aggregate,and its mixture had the strongest acid rain resistance,and can be used in OGFC asphalt mixture.The epoxy asphalt had the polar groups,high-strength cohesion and low-shrinkage thermosetting resins that can enhance its adhesion,thereby effectively resisting water erosion,spalling and temperature stress cracking.With the addition of waste rubber powder and modified bamboo fiber,the"structural asphalt"in the epoxy asphalt mixture increased,the void ratio decreased,and it had good compactness.The spatial network structure formed can play the role of"reinforcement"and"toughening",further enhancing the mechanical properties,impermeability and acid rain resistance of the mixture.
