摘  要:利用光化学合成法制备了SnO_(2)和SnO_(2)/RGO两种半导体材料。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等对材料进行表征,并研究了它们对Cr(Ⅵ)的光催化还原性能。结果表明,SnO_(2)/RGO对Cr(Ⅵ)表现出比SnO_(2)更好的光催化还原性能。催化动力学研究发现,SnO_(2)/RGO的表观速率常数几乎是SnO_(2)的4倍,体现了SnO_(2)/RGO比SnO_(2)更为优异的催化特性。紫外可见漫反射光谱分析发现,SnO_(2)和SnO_(2)/RGO都具有对可见光的响应性能,可作为有前景的吸收可见光的光催化剂。Stannic oxide(SnO_(2))and SnO_(2)/reduced graphene oxide(RGO)were synthesized by aphotochemical synthesis method,and characterized by XRD and SEM.The photocatalytic tests showed that SnO_(2)/RGO compound had far higher photocatalytic activity than SnO_(2)in the reduction of aqueous Cr(Ⅵ)under ultraviolet light irradiation.The reaction rate constant for photocatalytic reduction of Cr(Ⅵ)by SnO_(2)/RGO was about 4 times that by SnO_(2).The UVVis diffuse reflectance spectra found that SnO_(2)and SnO_(2)/RGO displayed significant absorption of light with the wavelength of 400~800 nm,suggesting that SnO_(2)and SnO_(2)/RGO would be used as promising photocatalysts for absorbing visible light.
