碳纳米管/四氧化三铁复合分散电极对蒽醌染料的脱色研究

摘  要:以溶剂热法制备了一种多壁碳纳米管-四氧化三铁(MWCNT-Fe_(3)O_(4))复合材料,并以此作为分散电极,制备了三维电催化氧化电解池,对蒽醌染料分散蓝2BLN进行脱色。通过透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶红外(FT-IR)对MWCNT-Fe_(3)O_(4)复合材料进行相组成、形貌及结构分析表征;以分散蓝2BLN的脱色率作为评定标准设计正交试验,通过极差和方差分析探讨电压、电解盐浓度和催化剂用量对脱色率的影响规律;探讨分别以MWCNT-Fe_(3)O_(4)、MWCNT和Fe_(3)O_(4)作为附加电极时,对染料脱色率的影响。结果表明:各因素对脱色率的影响程度由大到小依次为电压、电解盐浓度和催化剂用量;以MWCNT-Fe_(3)O_(4)作为附加电极,在电压为17V,电解盐浓度为1mol/L,催化剂用量为75mg/L的条件下,对分散蓝2BLN脱色,3h后脱色率可达到98.79%。A multi walled carbon nanotube ferric oxide(MWCNT-Fe_(3)O_(4))composite was prepared by solvothermal method.The 3 D electrocatalytic oxidation cell was prepared by using MWCNT-Fe_(3)O_(4)as dispersion electrode.The decolorization of anthraquinone dye Disperse Blue 2 BLN was carried out.The phase composition,morphology and structure of MWCNT-Fe_(3)O_(4)were characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and Fourier infrared(FT-IR).The decolorization rate of Disperse Blue 2 BLN was used as the evaluation standard design in the orthogonal experiment,the effects of voltage,electrolytic salt concentration and catalyst dosage on the decolorization rate were discussed through range and variance analysis.The effect on the decolorization rate of the dye was studied when MWCNT-Fe_(3)O_(4),MWCNT and Fe_(3)O_(4)used as additional electrodes,respectively.The experimental results shown that the degree of influence of various factors on the decolorization rate was in order of voltage,electrolytic salt concentration and catalyst dosage.MWCNT-Fe_(3)O_(4)was used as an additional electrode at a voltage of 17 V,electrolytic salt concentration of 1 mol/L,and catalyst dosage under the condition of75 mg/L,the discoloration of Disperse Blue 2 BLN can reach 98.79%after 3 h.
