摘　　要：嗜酸性细胞食道炎(eosinophilic esophagitis,EoE)有顽固性和复发性病理特征,须长期治疗。鉴于白介素(interleukin,IL)在EoE的发病机制中发挥重要作用,本文概述了近年靶向IL治疗EoE的研究进展,旨在为其临床应用提供借鉴。Eosinophilic esophagitis(EoE) pathophysiologically features the refractoriness and the high recurrence rates, thereby requiring for long treatment. In the view of the essential role of interleukins(IL) in EoE pathogenesis,the article outlines the progress in the IL-targeted therapy for EoE to give guideline for its clinical use.
